Conveyor Components Include
- Wearstrips (CWS)
Extruded UHMWPE profiles which are used as wear surfaces for chain. The benefits are lower friction, better wear life , minimising noise and reduced damage to product labels.
- Chain return components (CRC)
This group includes of rollers and stationary return fixtures as well as accessories to suit. The function is to ensure that the chain returns with low wear and noise
- Connect Clamps (CCC)
Used to fix equipment to the conveyor frame, e.g. sensors and rails
- Articulated Feet (CAF)
Moulded feet with male threaded spindles. Can be used on any machinery, not just conveyors.
- Machined Tracks (CMT)
Machined UHMWPE profiles specially made to suit all table top chain. These guide the chain either on the carry or return paths. They include tab and magnetic curves and straights. They can be made to suit multiple chain strands. The benefit over extruded profiles is smoother operation.
- Side Guide Components (CSG)
These components are brackets and clamps used to hold side wear strips/guides and roller guides. There are fixed and adjustable configurations to allow the angle or width of the conveyor area to be altered. Variations available are single and doubleclamping,and to suit various diameters of fixing rod.
- Roller Guide (CRG)
Moulded modules fitted with plastic rollers, for almost zero friction guiding.
- Structural Components (CSC)
Hinges, handles and joints used in the construction of structures for machine guards.
- Frame Support (CFS)
Include brackets to attach to frame, bipod and tripod feet, as well as tube ends.
