Quality ISO

It is the policy of Dotmar Universal to manufacture, warehouse and distribute a range of industrial products to a quality standard that conforms to our published product literature and that meets the requirements of our customers.

 

It is our company objective to assure an ongoing commitment to Quality by working closely with our suppliers and customers in order to deliver customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

 

The quality and reliability of Dotmar products and services are the concern of every employee at all stages of operation. The responsibility for upholding all aspects of this policy lies with every employee under the guidance and support of Dotmar’s Chief Operating Officer.

 

To achieve these objectives, Dotmar Universal maintains a Quality System and have implemented documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (WI) and other tools to pro-actively manage its Quality System.

 

This policy, associated SOPs, WIs and any other Quality tools are communicated and made available to all staff. Dotmar Universal regularly reviews its Quality System through audits, management reviews and other tools. Staff receive appropriate Quality and technical training to carry out assigned tasks.
