Sustamid 66 GF30 (30% Glass Filled Nylon) is available in Rod and Sheet and when compared with virgin PA 66 offers increased strength, stiffness, creep resistance and dimensional stability whilst retaining an excellent wear resistance. Sustamid 66 GF30 also allows higher maximum service temperatures. The glass fibre does increase abrasion of the counter surfaces, so care should be taken in selection of this material.

Applications:
Sustamid 66GF is used for a wide range of industrial components both for Original Equipment Manufacture and maintenance. Some examples: well lubricated sleeve and slide bearings, support and guide wheels, conveyor rollers, pulleys, cams, scrapers, seal-rings, etc.
