Sustarin was selected for this application due to its excellent suitability for food-contact environments and its outstanding machining characteristics. The material offers low moisture absorption, excellent dimensional stability, and a smooth, easily cleaned surface that supports hygiene and food safety requirements. Its superior machinability enables complex geometries and tight tolerances to be achieved efficiently, making it an ideal choice for precision extrusion components. The result is a durable, cost-effective solution that delivers consistent performance while meeting the stringent demands of food manufacturing operations.
